Terms of Use

Loopsee helps people find the right person for a specific, real-life need – a sport partner, a shared ride, a plan, an activity. You describe what you want to do, when and where; Loopsee looks for people whose requests and preferences fit, and lets you connect when there is a meaningful match. Loopsee is operated by:

Loopsee is not directed to children. To use Loopsee you must be legally capable of entering into this agreement under the law that applies to you, and you must provide accurate account information.

You register with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Use your real first name or a nickname you actually go by, and do not impersonate anyone. One person, one account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at hello@getloopsee.com right away.

A Loop is a request you create by typing or speaking – what you want to do, when, where, and any preferences about who you would like to meet. Loopsee interprets your input and turns it into structured matching information. Describe your Loops honestly: matching quality depends on it, and misleading Loops can affect other people’s real-world plans.

Loopsee combines simple filters (such as activity, language and location) with AI-based evaluation to suggest potentially relevant matches, together with a short explanation of why a match could work. Matching is a best-effort recommendation, not a promise: Loopsee does not guarantee that a match will be found, that a suggested match is accurate or suitable, or that another person will respond.

When you match, the other person can see your display name, your photo (if you set one) and a summary relevant to the match, and you can chat with each other in the app. You decide what to share in a conversation and whether to take a connection further. Loopsee does not vet or endorse users and is not a party to anything you agree with another user.

You keep ownership of the content you submit to Loopsee – your profile introduction, Loops, messages, photos and feedback. You grant Loopsee s. r. o. a licence to host, process and display that content as needed to operate the service, including processing it with the AI systems described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to share it.

Place and venue information in Loopsee may rely on external providers and AI-assisted resolution of the locations you describe. This information can be incomplete or imprecise – always verify a meeting place yourself. If you grant location permission, Loopsee uses only an approximate version of your device location to prefer nearby results.

Loopsee uses AI systems to transcribe and interpret your input, structure matching information, evaluate potential matches and resolve venues. AI output can be imperfect or occasionally wrong. It is provided to help you find relevant people, not to make decisions for you – whether to connect or meet anyone is always your choice.

When using Loopsee, you must not:

• harass, threaten, defraud, stalk or endanger anyone;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are;
• create Loops or profiles that are deceptive, unlawful or intended for commercial spam;
• submit content that is illegal, hateful or infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or its data;
• use Loopsee to collect information about other users beyond what the service intentionally shows you;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Loopsee connects people for real-world activities, and you are responsible for your own interactions. Use common sense: get to know the person in chat first, prefer public places for first meetings, tell someone where you are going and trust your instincts. Loopsee cannot verify what other users tell you and is not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.

You can give feedback after interactions and submit safety reports about other users in the app, or contact us at hello@getloopsee.com. We may review reports and content, remove content, and restrict, suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or other users are put at risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Loopsee if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. You can stop using Loopsee at any time.

You can permanently delete your account in the app at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; people you previously matched with may keep an anonymised, read-only version of past conversations. See the delete account page for the exact steps and details.

The Loopsee app, website, branding and underlying technology belong to Loopsee s. r. o. or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the service except where the law expressly allows it.

Loopsee is built on third-party services – for example for hosting, authentication, AI processing, geocoding and push notifications – as described in our Privacy Policy. The availability and behaviour of these services is outside our full control, and temporary issues with them can affect Loopsee.

Loopsee is currently in private beta. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may be interrupted, unavailable or reset during this phase. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue parts of the service as it develops.

Loopsee is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy of matches, AI output or location information, about the conduct of other users, or about uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Loopsee s. r. o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for damage arising from interactions between users or from reliance on matching suggestions, AI output or location information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

We may update these Terms as Loopsee evolves. We will publish the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to bring it to your attention. Continuing to use Loopsee after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

If you have a concern or a dispute, please contact us first at hello@getloopsee.com – most issues can be resolved directly. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
