The fastest way to reach us is usually by email. Loopsee is currently in private beta, and your questions and feedback directly shape the product.

Account and sign-in

You sign in to Loopsee with your email address and password. If you did not receive your confirmation email, you can resend it from the app; if you forgot your password, use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link. Still stuck? Email us from the address linked to your account.

Creating or adjusting a Loop

Describe what you want to do, when and where – by typing or by voice. Loopsee interprets your description, and you can review and adjust the result before your Loop goes live. If a Loop was misunderstood, rephrasing the time, place or activity usually helps.

Matching

Loopsee keeps looking for people whose Loops and preferences fit yours and notifies you when there is a meaningful match. Matching depends on who else is looking – there is no guaranteed match, and quieter areas or unusual requests can take longer.

Location or venue issues

Loopsee normalises the places you describe using external map data and AI-assisted resolution, which can occasionally get a venue wrong. If a place was misread, try a more specific description (for example adding the city or a well-known name for the venue).

Chat and connections

After a match, you can chat with the other person in the app. What you share in a conversation is up to you. If someone behaves inappropriately, use the in-app feedback and reporting options or contact us.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Loopsee collects and how it is used, including how AI-assisted matching works. For privacy questions or requests, email us.

Reporting a problem

Found a bug, a safety concern or something that does not look right? Email hello@getloopsee.com with a short description and, if possible, what you were doing when it happened.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account directly in the app. The delete account page describes the exact steps and what happens to your data.
