Data Subject Rights Relating to the Processing of Personal Data
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
Right of Access
You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, to access that personal data and receive the additional information set out in Article 15 of the Regulation and Section 21 of the Act.
Right to Rectification
You have the right to request that we rectify inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay and/or complete incomplete personal data.

You have the right to request that we erase your personal data without undue delay if the conditions set out in Article 17 of the Regulation and Section 23 of the Act are met.
Right to Restriction of Processing of Personal Data
You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data if the conditions set out in Article 18 of the Regulation and Section 24 of the Act are met (for example, the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data; processing would be unlawful; the Controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes but the data subject needs it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or the data subject has objected to the processing of personal data).
Right to Object to the Processing of Personal Data
You have the right, at any time and on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object to the processing of personal data that we carry out in the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in us, or where processing is based on our legitimate interests or those of a third party, including profiling related to such processing. Right to Withdraw Consent to Processing
If your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you, as the data subject, are entitled to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing of your personal data before the consent was withdrawn. You may also withdraw consent to the use of optional cookies at any time through the “Cookie Settings” option available on our website.
